We can't complain as we've had such a warm and wonderful summer here in New Zealand this year. After dinner, on one of the hottest days, we packed our towels and drove to Woodend Beach just outside of Christchurch. During summer the sunset time can be as late as 9:30 pm. The boys had a blast as you can see in the photos, so much so that it was hard to leave.
